The Challenge

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with current customers and find new ones to expand the business. As a Client Partner, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. The Role

  • Lead sales and account management initiatives.
  • Mentor staff and manage the sales team.
  • Drive key customer growth and support new business development opportunities through relationship building with key stakeholders.
  • Strengthen the network of partners that add value and support Conexio's growth.
  • Manage client expectations and communications flow, negotiate and resolve high level client issues.  
  • Be on top of customer experience objectives and implement quarterly reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks, cold calling and other lead generation techniques.
  • Regular analysis of the market and competitors.  
  • Set and track revenue and sales account targets and metrics, aligned with company objectives (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for improvements.
  • Manage farming activities with the account delivery team.  
  • Create and negotiate complex quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts as well as the preparation, implementation and closure of sales negotiations at decision-making level.
  • Partner with marketing team to analyze data and translate findings into action and develop strategic creative digital campaigns.  
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to position Conexio in the US market.
  • Spearhead and craft presentations to clients and/or prospects, with the support of practice leaders and pre-sales team.  

What is needed for success

  • You have a total of 5+ years experience in software sales and a minimum of 3+ years successfully selling solutions or services at an executive/C- level in various US locations.  
  • Prior experience with customers using Adobe Marketing Cloud platforms is a great plus.  
  • Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction).
  • You must be comfortable demonstrating software and speaking to technical and non-technical executives alike.  
  • Excellent oral & written, presentation & communication skills  
  • Proactive, persuasive, persistent attitude.  
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.  
  • Deep understanding of sales process and embedded sales methodology.

The Challenge


This is a service delivery role that is client-facing requiring both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills.

You will be responsible for leading Analytics projects coordinating with internal and client teams, working to gather and understand the client's unique business requirements and developing and build customized solutions to meet their analytics and personalization needs with the Adobe Analytics platform. In addition, Adobe Analytics Experts help each client implement web analytic tracking code throughout their websites and applications, perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and solve technical issues when they arise.

When necessary, you may be required to go onsite to expedite the resolution of a technical issue, or as part of an overall Customer experience improvement exercise. Team members will be required to fully document all customer cases and customer environment details to ensure the continuous improvement of the service.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's online business model, and online marketing strategy.
